We want you to be fully satisfied with your heavy metal gear; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel remains in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; you will receive a notification once your refund or exchange has been processed.
